Best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, providing us with hand-drawn maps and immediate assistance for minor injuries. the hotel room was small but clean and comfortable, perfect for two people with minimal luggage. the shower and bathhouse facilities were top-notch, and the free ramen was a delightful treat after a long day of exploring. the location was unbeatable, just a short walk from major train stations and right in the heart of Electric Town.
Worst aspects included thin walls, which made noises from neighboring rooms or cleaning staff quite audible in the toilet area. the onsen had a loud TV playing with questionable programming, and no option to turn it off.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and they could communicate well in English. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the onsen on the top floor, which we enjoyed almost daily. The location was perfect, as it was close to the main area of Akihabara and just a short walk to Tokyo Metro Suehirocho station. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near Ueno Park, which was a plus for exploring different areas in this city.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Very kind and considerate personnel. Multiple eco-friendly initiatives. Nice location and room. Amazing onsen on the top floor. Close to subway and Akihabara. Free laundry.

I had an exceptional stay at a conveniently located hotel in Akihabara. The room was decently sized, with a sink, fridge, and kettle. The highlight was the rooftop onsen, offering indoor and outdoor baths, an outdoor tub, and a sauna. They even provided room clothes and slippers. Plus, the free soba noodles served from 9:30pm - 11pm were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for its amenities and value for money.

This hotel is a great choice for exploring Tokyo. It is conveniently located near Suehirocho Station on the Ginza line, making it easy to access different areas in Tokyo. The rooms are small but decent, providing a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The onsen on the rooftop is a beautiful feature, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. the hotel offers a delicious and affordable breakfast option.
The hotel rooms do not have a good place to unpack clothes.

Great location near subway and JR lines. Small but cozy Japanese-style room with necessary amenities. Convenient reception area with tea. No use of communal baths due to tattoo restrictions. Good choice for busy travelers.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, situated near Suehirocho Station MRT station under the train tracks. It's convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The hotel staff provide excellent service and are always ready to help with any requests or questions. The rooms are well-appointed with basic amenities and a modern izakaya style. I also appreciate the attention to detail, such as the room clothes/pajamas and slippers provided, giving it a cozy and comfortable feel.
